該系列球磨機廣泛用于選礦、化工、煤、水泥、耐火材料等部門作研磨物料。

This series of ball mill is  widely suitabie for ore dressing , chemical , coal,cement and tetractory  sectors to operate fine grinding.

軸承式邊緣傳動格子型球磨機屬技改型,與傳統(tǒng)球磨機比較；降低工作電流15%。降低起動電流50%，根除巴氏合金燒損，停機、停產(chǎn)現(xiàn)象，改善球磨機同心度不夠、運行不穩(wěn)、電流忽高忽低、磨損中空軸嚴重現(xiàn)象。采用滾動軸承后，中空軸可繼續(xù)使用，節(jié)省潤滑稀油90%，提高裝載量20%，提高產(chǎn)量15%，提速10%，每臺時省電20-30%。

Wet grate bearing  energy ball mills are ones of technical transformation type. Compared with  traditional ball mill, they reduce 50% of working current and 50% of starting  current. They can avoid babbit metal burning, machine shutdown and production  stoppage, and improve the inadequacy of ball mills’ concentricity, unstable  operation, unstable current, and serious abrasion of hollow shafts. After  rolling bearings are adopted, the hollow shaft can continue to be used. They  can save 90% of lubricating thin oil, raise 20% of loading capacity, increase  15% of output, and accelerate 10% of speed. Every machine saves 20% to 30% of  electricity.
